Three: Arc de Triomphe
We stay in magnificent Paris for our third France attraction. The Arc de Triomphe is a magnificent structure that's located smack dab in the middle of the Place Charles de Gaulle.
Honoring those who fought for France during the Napoleonic Wars, it still stands firm today—more than 200 years later. In fact, many consider the Arc de Triomphe to be the most beloved and famous monument in Paris.
When there, you can walk under this 165ft monument or go up to the observation deck, which yields a spectacular view.

Its official name is Notre Dame de Paris, but we simply call it Notre Dame. The Notre Dame de Paris is over 800 years old and is awe-inspiring. We definitely recommend taking some time to enjoy the Notre Dame de Paris.
If you're tight on your budget, the Notre Dame Cathedral is a good stop. The main area is free to access. There are also free guided tours at Notre Dame de Paris, so take advantage of those.
