New Castle (Castel Nuovo)
This 13th century castle is home to municipal offices and is an architectural masterpiece. In the middle of the 15th century, the castle was basically destroyed and rebuilt to its former glory. History buffs and architecture enthusiasts alike will enjoy a tour of this breathtaking building. Be sure to view the Palatine Chapel and 14th century fresco works. Admission costs 5 Euros.

Royal Palace (Palazzo Real)
The Palazzo Real is breathtaking from any viewpoint. The outside features statues of eight kings, while the inside is an example of incredible royal living. Stazione Zoologica Anton Dohrn
This aquarium was first built in the late 19th century and houses hundreds of different aquatic life forms. The outside of the building serves as a great example of Florence architecture, while the inside serves as a research center and tourist attraction. Anyone interested in sea life should check out this aquarium. Admission costs approximately 1.50 Euros for adults and .70 Euros for children and military personnel.

Catacombe di San Gennaro
The Catacombe di San Gennaro dates back to the 2nd century and houses a variety of priceless and fascinating mosaics and frescoes. On a guided tour of this underground burial site, you'll get to see the resting place of San Gennaro as well as a variety of interesting tunnels and other areas.
